1. General
By using the website werzalit.store (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is intended for browsing Werzalit and Wermodin windowsills and worktops, calculating the cost and placing orders.
2. Product and price information
We try to keep the information on the Site (descriptions, specifications, photos, prices) accurate, but it is for information only and is not a public offer. The colour of a decor on a screen may differ from the real one because of monitor settings. Prices are in hryvnias and may change; the final cost, availability and lead time are confirmed by a manager when the order is placed.
3. Placing an order
An order is placed through the form on the Site, by phone or in a messenger. An order is considered accepted after confirmation by a manager. You provide accurate contact details and sizes; windowsills and worktops are made or cut to the sizes you specify, so the customer is responsible for the correctness of the sizes. 4. Calculators
The calculators on the Site show an estimated cost according to the current price list. The final order total is confirmed by a manager and may differ, for example because of delivery, additional cut-outs and accessories.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, images, design and other materials of the Site belong to the owner of the Site or are used with the permission of the right holders. Werzalit, Wermodin and Gentas are trademarks of their owners. Copying and distributing the materials of the Site without written permission is prohibited except as the law allows.
6. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is”. We are not liable for temporary unavailability of the Site, technical failures, or the content of third-party sites we link to. This does not limit your rights as a consumer under the legislation of Ukraine.
