Werzalit windowsills are made of pressed wood chips with a multilayer surface. The dense, uniform structure and the protective layer withstand moisture, temperature swings, scratches and detergents, so the product keeps its looks for years.
How to make a warranty claim or return a product

- Give the order number or date and describe the problem; attach a photo if you can.
- We will review the claim and agree on a replacement, exchange or return with you.

Who is responsible for the warranty in Ukraine?
As the official dealer we honour the manufacturer’s warranty obligations in Ukraine.
What if the product arrives with a factory defect?
Tell us by phone or email and attach a photo. For a factory defect we replace the product free of charge.
Can I return or exchange a windowsill?
The return and exchange terms are in the list above. Note that windowsills and worktops cut to your size are made individually, so confirm the terms with the manager.
